Made the booking over the internet and arrived in the middle of the night, no problem. Stayed for 1 nights, booked a tour to Halong and much more amazing! Don´t think we have ever met a more friendly staff! We can absolutely recomed it

Staff is very friendly and helpful . They would help you if they could. , my room is very large, big plasma TV, in room PC. and we were comparing the hotel to others well above the 3 stars the hotel has.Some guests gave comments that there are very noise but now No noise was heard from the next-door night club. The hotel staff said it has been closed down since 25 Mar 2011 and changed into another kind of business. I think our decision is right so far and we would recommend this Camellia 4 hotel to any one who coming to Hanoi.

we liked and enjoyed this place,right in the middle of Hanoi old town. it was close to anywhere and just a step from the hotel door we were in the centre of busy and exotic life. All the staff was very welcomig, friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and clean.

when we arrived at 4.00 o`clock in the morning, we got a room without any problem! The breakfast was really good, the variety was excellent! There were different sorts of little cakes, eggs, fried rice and so on. We had a computer in the room and the room was like the discription.

The hotel staff are very helpful. Breakfast is value for money. The room is clean and comfortable. The only downside is on top of our room, there is a pet and it makes noise during the night running around.
